eCommerce reporting stats for web sites is available in SurfStats and SurfStatsLive.
It is not available in the standard version of the log file
analyzer. For eCommerce reporting stats to work you have to place the relevant Javascript tags on your web site pages. The reports will only be available after the Javascript has been correctly placed on your web site pages.
